Aikya Club Rules

Effective Date: June 2025

To maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all Members, the following Club Rules apply to all Members, dependents, and their guests. The Club reserves the right to update these rules from time to time.

1. Club Timings

The Club is open daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Management reserves the right to revise these hours.

2. Member Access & Identity

Members must sign in at the reception and carry their membership card. Entry is restricted to authorized individuals, and identity verification may be conducted.

3. Guest Policy

Members may bring a maximum of two guests at a time. The same guest may not visit more than twice a month. Guests must always be accompanied by the Member. Prior intimation is required for larger gatherings.

4. Conduct & Behaviour

Members and guests must maintain decorum at all times. Profane, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior may lead to removal and possible termination of membership.

5. Food & Beverages

Outside food or beverages are not permitted. All catering is provided by the Club. A service charge is included; tipping staff is not allowed.

6. Smoking & Prohibited Items

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Pan masala, tobacco, firearms, and pets are strictly prohibited within the premises.

7. Dress Code

Appropriate attire is mandatory. Management may refuse entry to anyone not suitably dressed.

8. Facilities & Reservations

Certain facilities may be restricted during events. Reservation requests must be made in writing. Fees or deposits may apply.

9. Parking

No overnight parking is allowed without written permission from the Management.

10. Alcohol & Intoxicants

Alcohol is allowed on notified days for legal-age members. Intoxicated behavior or driving under influence is strictly prohibited. Other intoxicants are not allowed.

11. Liability & Personal Property

The Club is not responsible for loss, theft, or injury. Valuables should be kept with the individual. Lost items are stored for 30 days.

12. Rule Violations

Members violating the rules may face suspension or termination. No refund will be issued for terminated memberships.

13. Modifications

The Club reserves the right to change or amend these rules at any time. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of updates.
