Aikya Club Swimming Pool Rules

Effective Date: June 2025

To ensure a safe, hygienic, and enjoyable experience for all Aikya Members and their families, the following Swimming Pool Rules are in place. These guidelines apply to all users of the pool area and are enforced for everyone’s well-being.

1. Access & Eligibility

The swimming pool is for use by Members, their spouses, children, and grandchildren only. Access is allocated via specific time slots to maximize availability for all Members.

2. Member Identification

Members must show their valid Membership Card before using the swimming pool. Entry may be denied without proper identification.

3. Shower Requirement

All swimmers must shower before entering the pool. This helps maintain water quality and hygiene for everyone.

4. Swimwear Guidelines

Wearing a proper swimming costume is mandatory. Regular clothes are not allowed inside the pool.

5. Food, Drinks & Substances

No eating, drinking, smoking, or chewing of pan/gutkha is allowed inside or around the swimming pool.

6. Intoxication Policy

Entering the pool under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicating substance is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a serious violation.

7. Footwear Policy

Use of footwear (shoes, sandals, slippers) in the swimming pool or on its deck is not permitted to ensure cleanliness and safety.

8. Children & Supervision

Children must be accompanied by a parent or authorized guardian. Unattended children will not be allowed to use the pool.

9. Designated Swim Zones

Trainee swimmers must remain within designated shallow/training zones. Access to deep sections without supervision is not allowed.

10. Violations & Discipline

Violations of these rules may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension of pool privileges. The Management’s decision will be final.
