Guidelines for a Safe, Comfortable and Enjoyable Club Experience

Club Rules

To provide a quality environment that is clean, safe, and pleasant to all Members, the following guidelines must be adhered to when using the Clubhouse and Club property.

Club Rules & Regulations +

The Club shall remain open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM on all days. Management reserves the right to change operating hours.

Members must sign the entry register maintained at reception and carry their membership card.

Guests must always be accompanied by Members and are subject to Club approval.

Facility Rules

Each facility has specific guidelines to ensure safety, comfort and proper usage.

🏛 Banquet Hall Rules +

  1. The banquet hall is available for private events, family functions and official gatherings subject to approval.
  2. Bookings are confirmed after advance payment.
  3. Members are responsible for guest behaviour.
  4. Any damage to Club property will be charged to the Member.

🏋 Gymnasium Rules +

  1. Gym usage is restricted to Members and approved guests.
  2. Proper sports attire and shoes are mandatory.
  3. Equipment must be used responsibly.
  4. Users must maintain hygiene after equipment usage.

Guidelines

At Aikya Estates, we aim to foster a respectful and inclusive environment—both online and in-person.

1. Be Respectful

Treat all residents and visitors with courtesy. Disrespectful or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. No Spam or Misuse

Avoid posting irrelevant or promotional content in community spaces or forms.

3. Respect Privacy

Do not share others’ personal information without their consent.

4. Report Issues

If you encounter any inappropriate content or behavior, please inform the Admin or use our Contact Us form.
