Aikya Rules

To provide a quality environment that is clean, safe, and pleasant to all Members, the following guidelines must be adhered to when in the clubhouse or on Club property.

These rules and regulations apply to all Members, dependents and guests of Members. The Club reserves the right to modify these rules from time to time.

1. Club Timings

The Club shall remain open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM on all days. Detailed timings are available on the notice board near the Club entrance. Management reserves the right to change Club operating hours.

2. Member Access & Identity

Members are requested to sign the entry register maintained at the Club reception. Members must carry their membership card and produce it on demand.

Management reserves the right to verify the identity of all persons entering the Club premises and restrict entry of unauthorized individuals.

3. Guest Policy

Members may invite guests to the Club. A maximum of two guests may be invited at one time. The same guest may not be invited more than twice during a month.

Guests must always be accompanied by the Member.

For special occasions involving larger gatherings, Members must inform Club Management at least 48 hours in advance. Cocktail events require prior notice to obtain applicable permissions.

4. Conduct & Behaviour

Members, dependents and guests must maintain proper decorum and respect other Club users.

Profane, aggressive, hateful, disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be permitted. Persons causing disturbance may be removed from the premises and membership privileges may be suspended.

5. Food & Beverages

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Club. Food and beverages shall be supplied by the Club at rates determined by Management.

Catering by outside agencies is not permitted unless specifically authorized by Management.

6. Smoking & Prohibited Items

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
  • Pan, Pan Masala and tobacco products are prohibited.
  • Firearms, ammunition and weapons of any kind are prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed inside Club premises.

7. Dress Code

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to Members, dependents and guests who are not dressed appropriately.

8. Personal Property

The Club is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of personal belongings. Members should keep valuables with them while using Club facilities.

9. Lost & Found

Lost items will be stored for 30 days before being discarded or donated. Members may contact the Club Management office for lost belongings.

10. Solicitation

Solicitation by Members, dependents or guests is not allowed inside the Club premises unless approved by Club Management.

11. Parking

Overnight parking is not allowed on Club property without written permission from Club Management.

12. Quiet Hours

Quiet hours shall be from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Activities disturbing the peace and tranquillity of the neighbourhood are prohibited.

13. Alcohol & Intoxicants

Alcohol consumption is permitted only on notified days approved by the Club. Members and guests must not become visibly intoxicated.

Consumption of other intoxicants is strictly prohibited. Operating vehicles while intoxicated is not permitted.

14. Liability

The Club does not accept responsibility for death, injury, loss or consequences arising from the use of Club facilities.

15. Complaints & Suggestions

Suggestions and complaints may be recorded in the register available at the Club entrance.

  1. Available for private events, family functions and official gatherings with prior approval.
  2. Bookings are confirmed on first-come-first-served basis with advance payment.
  3. Members are responsible for guest conduct.
  4. Catering and decoration must use Club-approved vendors unless exempted.
  5. Alcohol service requires prior approval and compliance with applicable laws.
  6. Loud music, fireworks or disturbances are prohibited.
  7. Damage to Club property will be charged to the Member.

  2. Guests must be accompanied by Members.
  3. Illegal betting or gambling is prohibited.
  4. Members must maintain proper decorum.
  5. Smoking and unauthorized alcohol consumption are prohibited.
  6. Club equipment must be handled carefully.
  1. Prior booking and approval is required.
  2. Member booking the hall is responsible for damages.
  3. Audio visual equipment requires permission.
  4. Food and beverages only through authorized Club services.
  5. Noise levels must not disturb other Members.
  1. Only Members and approved guests may use the gym.
  2. Proper sports attire and shoes are mandatory.
  3. Equipment must be used responsibly.
  4. Personal trainers not approved by the Club are prohibited.
  5. Users must maintain hygiene after equipment usage.
  6. The Club is not responsible for injuries arising from usage.
  1. Lawn usage requires prior booking for private events.
  2. Members are responsible for children and guests.
  3. Loud music and disturbance are prohibited.
  4. Littering is strictly prohibited.
  5. Damage to landscaping will be charged.
  1. Access restricted to Members and registered guests.
  2. Alcohol consumption only in designated areas.
  3. Equipment must be handled carefully.
  4. Misconduct or excessive alcohol consumption will attract action.
  5. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
  1. Restricted to adults and approved Members/guests.
  2. Appropriate attire is mandatory.
  3. Maximum sauna/steam usage should not exceed 20 minutes per session.
  4. Food, alcohol, smoking and tobacco products are prohibited.
  5. Intoxicated persons will not be allowed.
  1. Pool access is for Members and approved family members.
  2. Membership card must be produced before usage.
  3. Shower before entering the pool.
  4. Proper swimming attire is mandatory.
  5. Diving, running and rough play are prohibited.
  6. Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
  1. All Club areas must be used responsibly.
  2. Members must carry their membership card.
  3. Proper attire must be maintained.
  4. Disturbing behaviour is prohibited.
  5. Members are responsible for damage caused by themselves or guests.
  6. Management may restrict access for rule violations.
